Here at The Permanent Makeup Clinic – Essex – a bespoke, micropigmentation clinic in Chelmsford, we are often asked about cosmetic tattooing treatments and what this means, however, one of the most in-demand treatments we are being asked for right now are semi-permanent eyebrow treatments, in particular the advanced technique of “ombre brows”.
Ombre brows are created by depositing hundreds of tiny particles of pigment into the outer layer of the skin, creating an almost pixelated effect, going from bold at the tails to very soft at the bulbs of the brow leaving the most flattering and soft, powder-like result.
We use a vast, top of the range brow pigment collection, which have been specially selected for their hypoallergenic qualities and are fully mixable to ensure we find the right colour match especially for you.

Ombre Brows
Ombré is an on-trend shading technique where two different colours are blended together and graduated through the length of the eyebrow. A soft faded out front, gradually building to a more solid colour as it progresses through the body of the brow and out towards the completely solid tail.
